\nThe home page is the best starting point when you are browsing for ideas. It opens with the shop’s main collections, followed by our gift guide by budget, which sorts gifts into three price bands: under $25, $25–50 and $50 and up. Further down are collections by recipient, a short look at each product family, a three-step explanation of how personalisation works, the promises we keep on every order, and the questions customers ask most before ordering.
\nThese collections group gifts by what they are. Each collection page begins with buying advice for that kind of gift and what to write in the order notes.

If you received a Merry Wrap gift, three pages are most useful. Returns & Exchanges explains how to swap a style or return a gift within 60 days of delivery, with free return postage. Submit a Ticket opens an email with the right subject line. And the Size Guide includes tips on storing ornaments, stockings and leftover paper so they last for many seasons.
\nHoliday orders go most smoothly when they are planned. The Help Center has a step-by-step planner for working back from the day you need a gift, and Shipping & Delivery has the delivery estimates for each country. If a date matters, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether the current estimate fits.
\nEvery product belongs to one product collection (paper, ornaments, stockings or gift sets) and may also belong to one or more person or moment collections. Product pages follow the same layout: photos on the left, and on the right the title, price, a short description with what to write in the order notes, the options for that item, and the add to cart button. Further down are the full description, details of the options and a reminder of our shipping and returns promises, followed by related gifts.
\nOptions are always shown as clear choices on the product page, such as roll size, paper finish, ornament shape, stocking style or colour. Personalisation is never an option on the product page itself; it always goes in the order notes at checkout. If a product offers a choice that affects the size, the Size Guide link sits next to it.
\nThe shop works the same way on phones and tablets. The menu icon at the top left opens every collection and help page, the cart icon at the top right shows your items, and the footer at the bottom of every page has the full list of policies. Tables on policy pages scroll sideways on small screens so nothing is cut off. If something is hard to read or use on your device, please tell us; we want every page to work for everyone.
\nSome pages common on other shops are missing on purpose. We do not have a page of customer counts or star ratings, because we only show reviews from verified buyers once they exist. We do not have a promotions page unless a real, current offer is running. We do not have a social media page, because our support is by email only. And we do not have separate pages for every country, because shipping is the same for all four countries we serve: free, prepared in 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–14 business days.
\nThe My account page lets you log in or create an account. Once logged in, you can see past orders with their status and tracking, manage saved billing and shipping addresses, and check any store credit, which never expires. The cart shows what you have chosen before checkout, and the checkout page is where you type your personalisation in the order notes and choose a payment option. These pages are private to you and are not listed in search engines.

\nThe menu at the top of every page has links to the four product collections, a “Gifts For” menu with the recipient and moment collections, the budget gift guide on the home page, and a Help menu. On phones, tap the menu icon at the top left to open the same links. The search icon at the top right searches product names and descriptions, so typing “stocking” or “first Christmas” is a quick way to find a gift. The footer at the bottom of every page repeats the main links in three columns: Shop, Help & information, and Policies.
\nEmpty collections are hidden from the live list above until they have products, so every link in that list leads to something you can browse. If a link ever leads to an error, please tell us at support@merrywrap.shop so we can fix it. We review the pages listed here regularly and update this guide whenever a new collection or help page is added.
